Natural Pain Management

Fighting pain by reducing inflammation

Inflammation causes pain. Trauma causes inflammation, So-oo if we can reduce trauma we should be able to reduce pain, right. Right, and we use analgesics and NSAIDS to reduce the inflammation but it's hard to reduce trauma as it can be caused by a myriad of things in our environment.

Topical analgesics only work on the applied area and NSAIDS work pretty well except on some pain that you have to take more than is recommended or it has to be mixed with narcotics in order to be effective. That then has all kinds of side effects that can wreak havoc on our system.

Since we don't always have a lot of control over our environment then we will have to rely on being able to control inflammation. Giving that inflammation is a natural immune response we can't suppress the immune system to much or we stand to defeat it's very purpose. Therefore what to do?

Thankfully, science has found 24 proteins, called “Betalains” that help fight chronic inflammation, cellular degeneration and helps system detoxification.

The problems however is where to get these “Betalains and how to introduce them to our system since some vegetables [beets and rainbow chard] have a few and some desert plants have a few more but nothing has been found to contain all, except one plant, a CACTUS. The NOPAL cactus to be exact from the Sonora desert in the southwest.

Thanks to a company in Arizona called “TRIVITA”. They have worked with some top name labs to come up with a tasty drink called “NOPALEA” that contains all 24 of the “Betalains” that taken orally, reduces inflammation and the resultant pain, for all who try it. I for one am using NOPALEA to help control my fibromyalgia pain and love it. This is the first time in years I have been almost pain free and I don't have to take pills of any kind to get there. I'm also aware of having more energy and less allergic reaction to my environment all from one very tasty NOPALEA drink. The company has other products for better health and weight loss and if they work as good as NOPALEA, everyone will benefit.
Speaking of everyone, as a certified Lymphologist I learned that one downside to a lot of inflammation is CANCER. And for that reason it would benefit everyone to add NOPALEA to there diet whether they suffer with a lot of pain or not because, like it or not, your environment is going to keep pounding away at your immune system and if the lymphatic system [ which is charged with eliminating toxins and trash from the body] gets overwhelmed you increase your chances of contracting cancer from the rotting cells left in your body.
